Aisha Jamila Hinds was born in America, and is well-known for her part on The Shield. Her older brother is Aditya Rai who works as an engineer in the merchant navy. Bachchan's younger brother Aditya Rai was the producer of Dil Ka Rishta and wrote it along with Bachchan. The actress went to Arya Vidya Mandir High School in Mumbai in India, where her family relocated. After finishing her studies for intermediate in Jai Hind College, she enrolled at D.G. Ruparel College Matunga, where she scored a 90% mark for her H.S.C. exams. In her adolescence, she studied music and classical dance over the course of five years. She loved the study of zoology. Bachchan was a student of Architecture when she won the title of Miss World. The model was ushered into the high-end lane after being awarded the title. In 2006, Bachchan returned to Bollywood by starring in the hit movie Dhoom: 2 before releasing Provoked: The True Story (2006). In April 2007, she was married to Abhishek Bachchan who is a frequent co-star, and son of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan in a marriage that reunited two of India's most powerful people.
